CDL have secured a major Buy to Rent project in Birmingham City Centre for Watkin Jones Construction.

This 551 apartment scheme plus management and business areas over six blocks and just adjacent to the Bull Ring is by far the largest project CDL have undertaken to date.

Our Office team of Ceri and Sara worked for over a year on securing this contract and great credit is due for all their hard work and diligence.

The site team of Daniel Chamberlain, John Bashforth, Ashley Evans and Graham Bellis are being assisted by Benn Hughes, who have all been onsite since March.

They have a massive job to bring this home in the 70 weeks. No easy task but one they are certainly more than capable of achieving..

Walls and Ceilings International Ltd of Alcester have once again been appointed as the main supplier for this project. This extends our 30 odd years of successfully working together to date with hopefully many more years to come.

Obviously we are all delighted and stepping up to the challenge for a completion by Easter next year.
